The Natural Woman Network, through Rad-Pads has embarked on a program to assist women living in difficult situations to start to make their own cloth menstrual and incontinence pads. The hope is that these women will have their own independent supply of menstrual products which are economical, woman friendly and non-polluting. OTESHA PROJECT
This great community organisation aims to tackle environment/sustainability and social justice issues in a novel way - with adventurous cycle tours! Please support this project run by and for young people to help ensure their future. The next cycle tours are: Brisbane to Newcastle 15tn November - 22nd December, and Melbourne regional loop, 18th January - 1st March, 2009.
