A nourishing post-natal blend which may also assist with milk supply.

Ingredients:  Rubus ideaus, Medicago sativa, Urtica dioica, Cnicus benedictus, Melissa officianalis. 

2  heaped teaspoons to 1 cup of boiling water.  Infuse for 10 minutes or more, strain and consume warm.  Great to have whilst sitting, having a relax and feeding bub!
